Automatically added to the bottom of every email sent or drafted from the CRM (Compose, and the Prospects sequence). To make a link show custom text instead of the bare URL, write it as [link text](https://...). Doesn't affect emails sent normally from Gmail itself β that has its own separate signature setting.
Adds extra fields to every account's edit form. Renaming a field here won't move its saved data to the new name.

A snapshot of the entire shared CRM is taken automatically before every save. Restoring replaces ALL current accounts, deals, activities, and settings with the snapshot below β it's itself saved as a new backup point first, so a restore can always be undone too.

Pulls in the prepared outreach lists already on file for these four locations β skips any organization already in your Accounts.
If you imported prospects before addresses were added, this fills them in for matching accounts β won't overwrite anything you've already entered.
